Channel 13 station WXVO-LD went on air recently with a brand new VHF TV Transmitter from BE. The transmitter was a 1200W VHF solid state system and included dual redundant amplifiers with the legendary BE-TV exciter with “Pro-TV inside”. “The transmitter is performing great and delivering more power and I couldn’t be happier” says the President of Weathervision 7 Edward Saint Pe who recently won the 2022 Mississippi Association of Broadcasters lifetime achievement award. WXVO-LD is based in Pascagoula MS and covers the Biloxi MS market. The BE-TV transmitter was sold through Joe Myers (MaxxKonnect Group), and installed by their engineers Josh Jones and Paul Burt.
