RF Technical Services Engineer:

Customer Service role, providing technical product support on all RF (AM/FM Radio and Television), Marti, and related hardware/software products for end users, company representatives, distributors, OEMs and BEI personnel.
Design Engineer

Design Engineer

A Design Engineer will impact the company’s reputation for reliable products on a board and subassembly level. This individual’s technical expertise and experience will impact our ability to implement and develop quality designs into the marketplace.
RF QA Test & Repair Engineer:

RF QA Test & Repair Engineer:

Operations and Production role. Perform final test, configuration, Quality Assurance, and factory proofs for new transmitters. Repair and re-certify customer-owned transmitters and components. AM, FM, TV.
Order entry / Customer Service Representative

Duties include:

  • Sales order entry and invoicing
  • Support request documentation
  • Assist customers with general enquiries, returns, tracking orders, etc via phone, email, web
  • Contact customers for order verification, updates, and out-of-stock notification as needed
  • Work cross-functionally with warehouse / inventory management, sales, finance, production, and technical support teams

Minimum qualifications and skills:

  • 2+ years experience in data entry, order desk, administrative, or customer service role
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, be quick, flexible , and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills; interacting well with multiple departments in a supportive and friendly manner
