The Studio Technical Services section of the BE support website gives you rapid access to a wide variety of Studio product support tools!
Assistance is available by e-mail and telephone; see the contact information to the right. Emergency technical service for all products can be obtained 24 hours a day, every day via telephone. Regular customer support hours are 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM US Central Time, Monday through Friday, except for US holidays. Access to Emergency and Regular support requires a current support and maintenance agreement.
