Assistance is available by e-mail and telephone; see the contact information to the right. Emergency technical service for all products can be obtained 24 hours a day, every day via telephone. Regular customer support hours are 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM US Central Time, Monday through Friday, except for US holidays.
Comprised of highly trained and experienced engineers and technicians, BE’s Technical Services Department is working for you 24/7. Whether you need help with product installation, ongoing maintenance or technical assistance, you can count on BE to be there.
