BROADCAST ELECTRONICS (BE) PRESENTS POPULAR AUDIOVAULT AUTOMATION AND SCALABLE LOW POWER FM TRANSMITTER AT CSTB IN MOSCOW, RUSSIA

January  24,  2011

Broadcast Electronics (BE), the largest radio-only broadcast equipment manufacturer in the U.S., is partnering with its representative Inverson Technologies SA to present its expansive line of studio and transmitter products at the annual CSTB 2011 conference in Moscow, Russia.

BE will introduce to broadcasters in the region for the first time its popular AudioVAULT radio automation system and its latest STX LP low power, scalable FM transmitter.

Scalable from 1 kW to 5 kW and at a third the size of other transmitters in its power class, the STX LP features built-in extras such as exciter and IP connectivity at a starting price under US$8000. The lightweight transmitter also offers advanced, single-frequency technology for synchronized, continuous regional coverage.

In addition to its STX LP, BE makes single-tube and solid-state AM and FM transmitters for a wide variety of power levels and applications.

For the studio, BE's AudioVAULT digital system offers time-proven reliability, true IP networking, customizable screens, and dozens of tools for creating, managing and delivering content for a single studio or across a large studio network. AudioVAULT is used by thousands of radio studios worldwide and features new tools such as enhanced voice tracker and segue editor with gain envelope control for seamlessly managing cross fades.

These and other BE products, including RDS generators and new social media applications, will be demonstrated at booth 115 in the International Crocus Expo Center, Moscow.

"Broadcasters here will now be able to benefit from the cost and resource efficiencies that BE technology has brought to others around the globe," said BE's regional sales manager Frank Massa, who established a partnership with Inverson Technologies SA in the past year to represent the BE line and provide solutions unique to the area.

"Only good can come by introducing these broadcasters to such an established and high-quality product line," commented BE representative Maxim Sidorov with Inverson Technologies SA, a full service broadcast supplier headquartered in Switzerland with offices in Moscow, Russia; Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

Broadcast Electronics offers turnkey studio and transmitter systems for FM and AM, representing 50 years of radio innovation as one of the largest radio-only broadcast equipment manufacturers in the world.
